Refund Policy and How to Request One

At Endless Domains, we aim to make your experience smooth and transparent. However, because blockchain transactions are different from regular online payments, refunds are available only under specific conditions.

You can request a refund if your domain registration or service fails due to a technical issue, or if the service you purchased cannot be delivered as promised. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your transaction.

Please note that some payments are non-refundable. This includes gas fees paid to the blockchain network, failed transactions caused by insufficient gas, and domains that have been successfully registered on the blockchain, as these are permanent and cannot be reversed.

If your order fails due to a technical issue from our side or with a TLD provider, a refund will be automatically initiated, and you’ll be notified. For any other refund-related requests, you can email support@endlessdomains.io with your transaction ID, order details, and a brief explanation of the issue. Refunds are processed within 14 days upon approval and sent to the original payment method, excluding blockchain network fees.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature, so please double-check all details before confirming your purchase. Endless Domains may update this policy from time to time, so we recommend reviewing it periodically.
